Summary
政治参与是公民的一项重要民主权利。本书以我国公民政治参与权利的平等性和政治参与行为的不平等之间的反差为背景，在辨析政治参与内涵和类型的基础上，从理论层面探讨了公民自身政治资源、政治动机和所受政治动员状况等三类因素对政治参与行为的影响，进而通过剖析互联网对公民政治参与所需要的政治资源、政治动机和政治动员的影响，分析了其对公民政治参与的作用，随后运用实证研究方法，通过对部分地区公民调查数据的统计分析，从经验层面检验了互联网对我国公民政治参与平等化的影响，并探析了检验结果的现实含义。
