本专著将依据党的十八大、《我国旅游业“十二五”发展规划纲要》、《服务业发展十二五规划纲要》中的指导原则，从顾客感知的视角出发，对主题酒店的发展进行研究。本专著分为上篇和下篇。上篇为理论篇，以感知服务质量理论作为研究基础，构建分析模型，对主题酒店顾客感知服务质量进行了理论研究，并对北京市典型主题酒店感知服务质量进行了调查研究。下篇是案例篇。本专著立足于北京市，选取了北京以及国内外多家典型主题酒店进行了剖析，望给主题酒店的研究者、经营者提供参考，促进我国主题酒店健康、规范、有序发展。
