Summary
本书以阮元校刻《十三经注疏》嘉庆刊本为底本，参考道光重印本等诸本，充分吸收前贤研究成果，设计解题、释读、绎文、后案等。不仅揭示今文《尚书》每篇经文的述作之意及其流传背景，运用传统朴学方法对各篇经文做了切中肯綮的疏释与注解；在经学义理方面，也有不少度越前贤的思想发明。作者以文章学的方法，将《尚书》的每个篇目视为自我完足的内在言说系统，通过文章自身的前后关联及其相互照应的自我诠解性，解决了不少历来经注家未能解决的疑难问题，也纠正了不少因袭已久的曲说与误解。
