Summary
本书分为上下两编及附录。上编（第一章至第四章）是对传媒监督个案的分析；下编（第五章至第六章）是对传媒监督法治的一般性讨论；附录一章虽不直接涉及传媒监督，却是作者关注法治案件舆论和评论的起点，故附录于此。本书以引起社会广泛关注和讨论的热点案件为主要研究对象，遵循从实践出发、经验本位的基本研究立场，力图在对传媒监督案件进行经验研究的基础上，把握传媒监督的运作逻辑和效果，探究传媒监督的内在规律，在此基础上展开更为多面性、包容性的讨论，反思当前我国传媒监督存在的问题，提出引导和规制传媒监督的法治化建议，以期将传媒监督纳入法治轨道。
