余嘗苦《儀禮》難讀，又其一作「且」行於今者蓋寡，沿襲不同，復之無由，考於今誠無所用之一作「用云」；然文王、周公之法制，粗在於是，孔子曰：「吾從周」，謂其文章之盛也。古書之存者希矣，百氏雜家一作「說」，尚有可取，況聖人之制度邪？於是掇其大要奇辭奧旨著於篇，學者可觀焉。惜乎！吾不及其時，進退揖讓於其間。嗚呼！盛哉！
