駞鹿，北中有之，肉味非常，脣殊絶美，上方珍膳之一也。

麟脯推教冠八珍，不甘滕口說猩唇。
終將此意須通問，曽是和調玉鼎人。

〈世號「猩脣」冠八珍之首。《吕氏春秋》伊尹説曰「肉之美者，猩猩之脣」。〉
